I am board certified by the American Board of Pathology in forensic pathology and anatomic pathology.

I am a forensic pathologist (also called a medical examiner), and I have performed over 3,000 autopsies.

I went to medical school in Chicago, Illinois at Rush Medical College and completed my residency training at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia in anatomic and clinical pathology.

I completed my forensic pathology fellowship (an intensive one year of training in forensic pathology) at the West Tennessee Regional Forensic Center in Memphis, Tennessee.
